Responsibilities:
- Act as the face of GrowthUP Consultancy in your college.
- Gather data on selected startups from your district.
- Connect with college startups and guide them toward GrowthUP’s services.
- Promote GrowthUP Consultancy on social media and campus events.
Stipend: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Canva
- Creativity & attention to detail
- Understanding of brand aesthetics
- Basic knowledge of typography & color theory
Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling pitch decks, social media posts, and branding materials for startups.
- Collaborate with the Social Media and BDA teams to create engaging content.
- Use Canva to deliver high-quality designs.
Stipend: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Skills Required:
- Social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Content writing & creativity
- Basic graphic designing (Canva)
- Data analysis & social media marketing
Responsibilities:
- Manage GrowthUP’s and its social media accounts.
- Create, schedule, and post content related to startups, mentorship, and success stories.
- Engage with the audience and respond to queries.
- Work on growth strategies to increase our digital presence.
Stipend: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & sales skills
- Market research & business strategy
- Negotiation & networking skills
- Basic knowledge of pitch deck creation
Responsibilities:
- Connect with selected startups and understand their needs.
- Provide handholding support and mentorship for their business growth.
- Assist in pitch deck creation and guide startups in fundraising strategies.
- Work on partnership and collaboration opportunities for GrowthUP.
Stipend: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in JavaScript , React native
- Knowledge of React, WordPress, or Flutter (preferred)
- Basic UI/UX design knowledge
- Debugging & problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Help startups build and optimize their websites and applications.
- Work on UI/UX improvements and enhance digital platforms.
- Support the technical needs of the startups under our mentorship.
- Stipend: Up to ₹5,000 per month
